Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day,

  • on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods,

  • In the case of partial deliveries: the date on which you received the last item.

Declaration of revocation

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must:

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

Return of goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties, and functionality of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts that are:

  • for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive

  • for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery
